About 4 or 5 months ago I bought a 50mm f/1.8 lens. Jenna was especially stoked about the lens because of the depth of field she’d be able to create! But after using it for a couple weeks we both noticed something wasn’t quite right – the focal points were never in focus. We did a little research and found out that this (a front focusing issue) is a common problem with this lens; after all, it was only $100! Never-the-less, I wanted it to work right so we sent it to Canon to get looked at. Well…it got back today and here are a couple snapshots of our pup, Kels. Problem solved..? Looks like it so far!
