There’s nothing better than a good engagement story…one composed of surprise and excitement!
Several months ago Greg told Liz that he was coming into town for the Bridge Run and wanted to take her out to eat the night before. The night came and they made their way to the Wentworth Mansion where they climbed the old stairs up to the rooftop cupola, providing them a 360 view of Charleston! As they emerged onto the rooftop, they found flowers, a gorgeous view, and the perfect opportunity! So Greg asked Liz to marry him and, well, you’ll see their excitement below! But one of the best parts of the story was that Greg’s sister was hiding on a rooftop perch adjacent to the Mansion taking pictures. How awesome is that?!
