Chris + Lauren [Macon GA Wedding]

Chris and Lauren were married a few weeks ago in the fun, quaint town of Macon, GA. It was a beautiful day and a wonderful wedding, but the best part of it all was the glow coming from Chris and Lauren. You could feel their excitement for one another; which was echoed by the friends and family that surrounded them.

We loved traveling to Macon for their wedding! Their reception was held at the Cox Capitol Theatre – what a cool place. It created an unbelievable ambiance that was truly unique and special. I’d love to shoot there again!

Chris and Lauren, we’re excited for you two! Thanks for letting us be a part of such a wonderful day!

Peter & Nicole [Cotton Dock Rehearsal Dinner]

We’re excited to share Peter and Nicole’s wedding weekend with you! Peter and Nicole both have great stories, great hearts, and we’re excited for their life together as husband and wife!

They had an amazing rehearsal dinner at the Boone Hall Plantation Cotton Dock. It’s not very often that we accept rehearsal dinners, but for some reason, we knew we had to be at this one! This is one special couple, and every detail was to die for! There’s something about a rustic setting and twinkly lights that makes me weak in the knees!

DR & Kesley were married a few weeks ago in the gorgeous Furman Chapel and threw an awesome party afterwards at the Upcountry History Museum in Greenville – which was such a cool venue! The whole day was just perfect and a pleasure to be a part of. We couldn’t be more excited for DR and Kelsey and look forward to getting to know them deeper over the next years. They are an unbelievable couple that just makes you smile!

Sabir + Jenny [Atlanta Wedding]

Sabir and Jenny got married at the Historic Dekalb Courthouse on a beautiful afternoon! After chatting with Sabir and Jenny for months and after taking some engagement pictures for them a few months prior, we were super excited for their big day!

The courthouse was decorated magnificently (thanks to Amy Osaba!) and everyone buzzed all night about all the details. We had a blast with all of the guests, and the amazing friends and family present celebrating made us smile.

The one thing I love most about this couple is how genuine and real they are. I’ve never met a couple so appreciative for the things they have, the things they have been given, and the folks that surround them…truly awesome! And their wedding – a small, intimate wedding at Folly Beach – was a perfect reflection of them and a true joy to be a part of!

Drew & Jennifer are married! [Aiken Wedding]

We were privileged to take Drew and Jennifer’s engagement photos and then Jennifer’s bridal portraits. Whenever we’re given this opportunity, we love it! It allows all of us to get to know each other and become friends before the wedding. This not only allows everyone to be more comfortable and natural in front of the camera, but for Jenna and I, we get to watch and be apart of the excitement throughout the whole process…which is something we love!

Drew and Jennifer had a beautiful wedding in the charming town of Aiken! They were surrounded by a huge group of friends and family that made the day truly special and a joy to capture. And after many months of anticipation and excitement, it was an awesome event to be a part of!

Kyle & Emily are married! [Durham Wedding]

It’s early on a Saturday and already everyone’s moving about and buzzing with excitement for Kyle and Emily’s wedding. We show up at the hotel where Emily and her girls are getting ready and they’re all grinning from ear-to-ear and laughing with excited anticipation for the day. We never had our doubts, but we knew at that moment it was going to be a great day!

Kyle and Emily were married at Blacknall Presbyterian in Durham, North Carolina and had a ceremony that felt like a hug – uplifting, emotional, and comfortable. That might seem a little weird, but it truly possessed a feeling of warmth and emotion in an amazing way. It was a blessing to photograph.

Their reception…oh wow…how cool! Their reception was in an amazing, rustic brick loft called The Cotton Room. The hardwoods, the exposed brick, the huge windows that let in brilliant light, and the old wood beams made this place a photographers dream. But Kyle and Emily also added details of their own…details that put on the finishing touches that really made it come alive. It was awesome!

Kyle and Emily – congratulations! We couldn’t be happier for you and couldn’t be more excited for all that’s ahead of you!
